Special Notice: A permit is necessary to ride on Starker land and can be obtained at their offices on Philomath Blvd in Corvallis…a 400.00 ticket can be handed out if you do not have a permit to ride in the Tum Tum Unit.
The Course: staging from .25 miles from the school
12 miles and 1700 ft of climbing for all Cat 3 riders…..great first timer course! 1 hr to 1.5 hrs
Trails in Order 2.5 mile climb, Supertree, Upper short cut, Clearing,collarbone alley,panama canal, turn right 3 mile climb First trail, climb, aide station, sidehill, slipe N SLide, Root Down, Upper Short cut ,Clearing, Collarbone Alley, panama canal, back to the school 1.8 miles finish
What to bring: A fender, a good sense of humor, the weather will be 50 degree’s and some showers and I only have one trail that is steady uphill…upper shortcut for .25 of a mile… The mud is not too sticky, and it slings! A great course for beginners to racing.

Where to stay: KOA Campground right off of HWY 34, or camp behind the Blodgett Cafe….5 minutes past the Blodgett School Turnoff on hwy 20, call to reserve.
